I warmly welcome you to the community of St Bernadette’s. As parents you are entrusting your children into our care and I look forward to getting to know you and your child. We view our relationship as a partnership in your child’s education as we understand the need to support you in their spiritual, academic, physical and social development.

 

Foundational to our work with students, families and the school community is the building of genuine, authentic relationships. This will ensure that each of our students have the opportunity to reach their individual potential, whilst being supported and encouraged within our learning environment.

Our greatest resource is our dedicated teaching and support staff, who serve as models of lifelong learners. St Bernadette’s will endeavour to equip our students with skills that empower them to become compassionate and contributing members of society, developing a profound understanding of the world, their community, and their role within it

 

The safety and wellbeing of all children is a priority at St Bernadette’s. We are committed to providing a child safe environment where children and young people are safe and feel safe, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives. 

 

We are a dynamic community with many opportunities to get involved and get to know one another whether that be through the School Education Advisory Board, The Parents and Friends, or Class representatives. There are also many opportunities for you to be partners in your child’s learning and we appreciate and value your input and commitment.
